Ok, so I know I haven’t been posting at all lately… And then I come in with this random post :/
To be honest, I’m a bit frustrated now because my parents have blocked anime/manga sites. Which would explain why I couldn’t post last Friday.
Right now the site (wordpress/my blog) is working, and I’m thinking/hoping it will remain that way.
As for my lack of anime, I found a… hack(?) for that. There are some sites that the blocking program can’t detect. That and it allows me to go on sites like YouTube.
So while I have my anime now, I’m still struggling on manga. I had all the manga I was reading listed on Mangafox, and now I can’t access that list. The last two weeks of my life have been pretty annoying, hateful, and annoying.
Anyway, enough of that rant! What I really wanted to say (which is involved in the random part), was that I have caught up with Ore Monogatari. Not much to catch up on yet though…
Ore Monogatari is different, I guess (I’m not sure how I feel about it). I haven’t been watching shoujo as much as I use to, so the shoujo-ness of it makes me feel a bit embarrassed sometimes. But I get embarrassed easily, so who knows…
When Suna was being a supportive best friend, I, for some strange reason, felt that he should win some type of best bro award. Because honestly, Takeo is pretty impulsive and strange sometimes.
I have heard that Ore Monogatari will be 24 episodes. I’m not sure because I can’t access my usual anime related sites. And also, I don’t know what the show will expand on after episode 3. I have an idea about how the next 21 episodes will go, but you never know…
Ore Monogatari, overall, has not made a big impression on me. Don’t get me wrong, I like it, I really do like it,… except it could use some more originality. Takeo is they guy version of many shoujo girl protagonists. So, yeah, I guess that Takeo could be considered the originality of the series, but for me, it’s just not enough.
I would recommend others to try the series out. It’s decent and worth trying. I don’t think it’s something to be a crazy fan over (like K or Naruto/Bleah/One Piece/Fairy Tail, etc…), but it seems like it’s an anime that’s good for pass time.
EDIT: K Missing Kings Dvd came out this week right (the 22nd I believe. I’m a really late fan of K. Probably because I watched it late.) I’ve been seeing gifs of tumblr and I’ve been really jealous of those who have watched the movie. I still have to wait for an english sub version to come out. That too, on a site that isn’t blocked. X_x ugh I’m jealous…

That’s terrible! If I couldn’t access my anime & manga for a long period of time it’ll be like the end of the world to me.
But can’t you go and download an anime and manga app?

I haven’t checked my anime/manga apps on my brother’s tablet yet (I don’t have my own tablet), but some of the manga windows 8 apps on my lap top don’t work anymore. I tried to download a few manga apps, but I kept on getting the ‘blocked’ message. :(

If you have google chrome you can use the incognito window and it should open it up! It doesn’t show whatever you were on in your history!

Thanks for the idea, but my history isn’t really the problem though. I think that ‘anime’ is blocked on my family internet, so that I can’t currently access any ‘anime’ related sites. And I haven’t had the opportunity to try other wifi connections.
